Motivation

We need to deploy cilium-agent-proxy to use npv, but it is hard to find the manifest at /e2e/testdata/cilium-agent-proxy.yaml.
It is better to include the manifest in releases.

How

Describe how to address the issue.

Checklist

  • Finish implementation of the issue
  • Test all functions
  • Have enough logs to trace activities
  • Notify developers of necessary actions
