Sometimes you need to account for process time for different facilities, but almost none of the archetypes in the library can do that. I have a work around of having the material go to a Storage facility and sit there for the appropriate amount of time, but this gets cumbersome when you have to account for multiple facility process times or a complex fuel cycle.
Suggested change: add functionality to multiple Cycamore archetypes (e.g. Enrichment, Separations, etc) to hold onto material for a set period of time, similar to what the Storage facility does.

This might be a useful toolkit capability, but we'll have to think carefully about implementation. As @nuclearkatie is finding out, the way its implemented in the Storage facility causes difficulty.
I also think this needs to be designed in the context of a system that is demand driven with 1 time step lags at every step, to make sure the process times are managed well.
