Combobox doesn't work if we use two different dropdown.

I am trying to load State and Counties in dropdown.
State combobox is loaded correctly but when i am loading counties ,it is not loading. If we inspect the html in page source. It is binded and it has applied display:none for the 2nd dropdown.

Please, provide an example. I have several comboboxes on one page, and they are all visible.
