Dynamic Inventory

ansible -i inventory.sh will use inventory.sh to generate a JSON
inventory file.

inventory.sh --host <hostname> would have to print a JSON dict of
variables.

So, this might be useful in dynamically assigning hosts.

It looks like we can't run the handler on a different host.  For this
task, it seems simplest to handle the name node restart in the commando
script.
