Posting on conda-forge

I packaged posting for conda-forge, so one can now install in the conda-ecosystem:

Installing posting from the conda-forge channel can be achieved by adding conda-forge to your channels with:

conda config --add channels conda-forge
conda config --set channel_priority strict

Once the conda-forge channel has been enabled, posting can be installed with conda:

conda install posting

or with mamba:

mamba install posting

I like this specifically because I use pixi global as a global package manager, which is very similar to uv, although based on the conda ecosystem.

@darrenburns, if you would like, I can also add you as a maintainer on the feedstock so you're able to pull updates if there are any. I will continue maintaining the package there. I would also be open to modifying the documentation showing the alternative installation mode.
