What is problem? (only list ONE problem per report)

When you try to format VMU with Dreamcast menu, it's not working. VMU icon is still red with a cross.
I also tried to delete the file mc.bin within blueretro website, it's not working either.

What did you expect to happen?

Being able to format and use VMU.

disconnect/power off any controllers that were previously paired
Follow these steps for each section and SAVE or POWER CYCLE as indicated

• leave alone

  --memory card bank 1
  SAVE
  -output config
  --1 gamepad memory SAVE (can do memory/rumble also)

  -mapping config (choose your devices)
  --Device 1 PS4/PS5 -> Dreamcast SAVE
