proccon: connections/listeners in others are not deleted when a new software handle that connections #20

If some new software create a connection and no software node matches that cmdline, that connection goes to "others" software node.

If later the software that matches that cmdline is created, the connection from "others" should be deleted, so only one edge remains.

Looks like the connection is being deleted from others, but the edge remains.
