Some helpful improvements.

I'd be very helpful if do the following:
1. Add support for all file types. For example - in my project I have many 
configuration files and it would be better if I can open them from Runner View 
2. Configurable default run mode for every launch configuration (LC). Some of 
us may want to set one LC in debug mode, but another in non-debug mode

Thanks for the great plugin. It saves me a lot of time!
