Add more launchers

Hi,

I use EclEmma to do analyse the code coverage when I run my unit tests. As 
useful as this plugin is, I barely use it now because it only supports 
launching my unit tests with the standard Run or Debug launchers.

I've downloaded the source code and added new "run" and "open configuration" 
actions for any new contributed launchers. I'm sure the code is far from 
perfect but the attached patch should be a good starting point.
