Allow adding explicit "run" or "debug" configuration

"Default run mode toggle" does work, but for really efficient working 
environment I need 2 explicit configuration I work on: "run" and "debug". This 
would save me from toggling "debug" on and off when I run several apps and 
debug another single one. 

Apparently, the whole idea behind the plug-in is to preconfigure everything 
once and enjoy 1-click run of configuration - I would use build-in one 
otherwise which unfortunately is in drop-down. And the goal is not yet achieved 
while I need to toggle something instead of single double-click.
