same-named launch configurations only appearing once

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create 2 launch configurations, in different folders, even in different 
projects, that have the same name (i.e. /folder1/test.launch and 
/folder2/test.launch; they don't have to be copies of each other)
2. look in the "Uncategorized" folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expecting to see both test.launches.  only seeing one, with no way to know 
which one it is.  there is no way to add or change which test.launch is being 
seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7, Eclipse Indigo, EclipseRunner 1.2.0
