Editing the template of admin panels

I have everything running the way it's supposed to but I would like to be able to edit the template that Titan outputs for an admin panel.

I can't even seem to find an inkling of an idea on how I might go about doing that.

For example, if I've created a panel and it has the name pos-options.php, is there a way to edit the output of that file?

I am pretty sure there is a div with a titan-specific class around the option page. If not > implement. Needs to be documented.
