好像IE 9之前都沒有這功能，需要javascript吧

可以自己做一小段 javascript 来实现吧

placeholder 是浏览器自带功能，bootstrap 也没有对 placeholder 做特别的处理。

这里有个 jquery placeholder 插件 ，https://github.com/mathiasbynens/jquery-placeholder ，宣称支持 ie6
