"artisan scramble:generate" (Command to compile to static site)

It would be great if we could do something like php artisan scramble:generate and it would compile everything into a static site that we can host separately.

Reason I thing this is useful is when I tried scramble on my vapor hosted site, it would fail. It fails because the /api.json endpoint takes longer that the gateway limit of 30 seconds. So having everything precompiled will definitely address this issue.
