Description

目前要单独新建一个agent-group-config.yaml文件，然后通过deepflow-ctl二进制来应用该文件，才能使配置生效，又要新建独立文件又要依赖于第三方二进制，使用起来非常麻烦，同时该二进制还有高危漏洞，一些客户环境无法使用。

Use case

希望将agent-group-config.yaml配置内容合并到agent configmap中，这样在部署agent时就生效了，并且去掉deepflow-ctl二进制，可通过server api接口去查询agent-group配置。
