Query about downstream tasks using pre-trained DPA-2 model

Hi, I was reading DPA-2 paper. I noticed that you mentioned that downstream task can be property prediction instead of PES modeling. I was wondering if you can share more on that.
Also, is there a pre-trained model available at AIS-Square or elsewhere for property prediction like I suppose is available for PES?
