Text Area - use custom resize icon

Description / User story

In design the resize icon of the Text Area component has 3 strokes, in code we use the native icon which has 2 strokes in Chrome on Mac.

As there might be clients who want to use custom icons for resizing text areas, we should implement a way to use a custom resize icons in the text area.

Acceptance Criteria

• We are using the same custom resize icon in design and code for the Text Area
