nothing too big, be honest :)

Just needs to review the default documentation and the README.md, to make sure it shows the use of the organization value instead of the current org one.

Just a quick spot, after looking at the code.

As said, nothing big at all.

Thanks for reporting.
Finding out more people are using this quick module than I realized.
Will find some time to get it updated

+1 here. Not a biggie, but just curious if this module will be continued to be maintained? (Asking if I should be using this in production)

Sorry, I try as time allows. But lately I've been buried at work. My modules mostly tend to get updated by what by current job needs.
Updated version is at https://github.com/appzen-oss/terraform-aws-s3-buckets
Not sure when I'll get the time to port the updates upstream to here
