Improve article 1701.02434 (imsart.cls and trivfloat.sty)

Multiple Issues

1. The author name and author details footnotes are mixed up
   

2. Multiple futures are broken e.g. Figures 3, 20, 21, 22 all say "No Image Available"

3. Erroneous test possibly from some custom latex macro right before the contents section (\trivfloat algorithm)

Thank you for the report. This article needs support for imsart.cls and trivfloat.sty, and possibly also has an unrelated problem with imagemagick conversion.

No worries, I left that as an internal note for future development. Any ar5iv article with rendered HTML has a latex source, which is openly available from arXiv. So no further actions needed on your end, I am just bookkeeping here - thanks!
