And there are waring messages in python console as follows.

Please, let me know how to increase segmentation accuracy and remove warning messages regarding [QT and VTK] occurred in python console.

Sorry, I just saw this.

This repo is outdated. Please use the latest segmentation model from the main MONAI Label repo: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAILabel
