At the moment local KBInfos are only loadable from files which is a problem when deploying on a webserver.

So the de.uni_leipzig.simba.query.FileQueryModule.FileQueryModule(KBInfo kbinfo) needs to be changed to try loading a resource when the endpoint is not a file.
