I know my way around the manifest, I know IIIF, and I really don’t need anything special in the way of customized editing environments. But I do need:
The ability to position more than one image on a single canvas
The ability to edit the canvas dimensions - e.g., the canvas is bigger than any of its content
The ability to modify some IIIF resources with
behavior
properties of my own, so that they produce particular effects in the Delft environmentThe ability to edit ranges
In this scenario the editor is still the standard IIIF Manifest Editor, but its config provides:
Extra behaviors (map of resource type to permitted extra behaviours)
Default preview environment is a Delft environment
Persistence configured to…
