As a baseline a user should be able to easily download the Presentation 3 Manifest or view the JSON and copy and paste it. This is currently available in the Menu but does not seem to be working correctly and has some formatting issues.

Other options may be included in the future. We should also add a quick "download manifest" into the Menu.
