We can't diagnose the problem yet. Please try the following and see what happens:

The firmware was up to date, I'll let you know once I recalibrate. |
Hi @tangketan , The firmware is up to date, and I couldn't calibrate using the windows tool since it throws an exception and crashes every time I try to start the calibration. A screenshot is attached. However, this particular sensor shows the full image in the windows tool as you can see in the preview. Any suggestions? |
Did you point the back sensor to the calibration pattern? The crash may be caused by the insufficient number of effective images. |
Hi Guidance team,
The bottom part of the images is missing for one of my sensors. All the other sensors and ports seem to work fine. The preview on a Windows machine gives the complete image. Any ideas/ suggestions for a fix?
