Hi Guidance team,

The bottom part of the images is missing for one of my sensors. All the other sensors and ports seem to work fine. The preview on a Windows machine gives the complete image. Any ideas/ suggestions for a fix?

Thanks

We can't diagnose the problem yet. Please try the following and see what happens:

  1. Update the firmware to the latest (1.4.0)
  2. Calibrate the problematic sensor.

The firmware was up to date, I'll let you know once I recalibrate.

Hi @tangketan ,

The firmware is up to date, and I couldn't calibrate using the windows tool since it throws an exception and crashes every time I try to start the calibration. A screenshot is attached. However, this particular sensor shows the full image in the windows tool as you can see in the preview. Any suggestions?

Did you point the back sensor to the calibration pattern? The crash may be caused by the insufficient number of effective images.
