Blocking stuck at 0%

Hi,

I'm trying to block the likes of this:

but it stays at 0%, even after 5min. Console reports some erros:

Runing in Chrome on windows, Version 115.0.5790.110 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)

this repeats over and over again, I would say once per second.
