WMArchive wiki pages

WMArchive is CMS data-service to store CMS FrameWork JobReport (FWJR) documents. It provides a series of tools to collect FWJR into short-term storage (MongoDB) and long-term storage (HDFS), to convert FWJR from JSON to AVRO data-format and end-user tools (myspark) to run a spark job to find FWJR on HDFS.
