OCSP ansible CI error #4732

OCSP CI tests are all working with one exception. Here an example: https://github.com/dogtagpki/pki/actions/runs/8925832601

The main difference generating the error is in the DS container deployment. The non working test try to install DS in a fedora container while the other use quay.io container.

The test has been updated to use quay.io container DS in #4741.

The problem with DS are described in other issue (e.g. #4728)
