Describe the bug
In dev, after doing many migrations, restarting torii causes this error :

thread 'main' panicked at /Users/boo/.cargo/registry/src/index.crates.io-6f17d22bba15001f/warp-0.3.6/src/server.rs:291:27: error binding to 127.0.0.1:0: error creating server listener: Too many open files (os error 24)

related to ipfs queries ?
