Repro steps:

1.double-click net10 preview 1 sdk:10.0.100-preview.1.25103.13.exe on win-x64
2.Check the VS version on NET 10.0 preview 1 installation wizard

Expected Result:
VS version should be displayed the latest stable VS version (17.13)

Actual Result:
VS version is displayed as "17.12"

This issue also repro's on arm64OS.

We'll eventually ship with 17.14 as the minimum Not sure there's a rush to update the minimum and we won't fix this for p1 but here's the PR: #46649
