Is there a way to encapsulate multiple relation decorators into one?

I am trying to find a way to encapsulate my relation decorators into one decorator to clean up my output file.

NestJs provides a way to do this as shown below:

/**
 * Custom decorator to validate input array of tags
 * @return Custom property decorator that validates expected array properties
 */
export function IsTagArray(): PropertyDecorator {
  return applyDecorators(
    /* Array properties */
    IsArray() as PropertyDecorator,
    ArrayNotEmpty() as PropertyDecorator,
    ArrayUnique() as PropertyDecorator,
    /* Array element properties */
    IsNotEmpty({ each: true }) as PropertyDecorator,
    IsString({ each: true }) as PropertyDecorator,
    Length(0, 128, { each: true }) as PropertyDecorator,
    Matches(/^[a-zA-Z0-9._-]*$/, { each: true }),
  );
}

So now you can use the one property decorator @IsTagArray() on the property instead of having all of them.

Example:
Before

export class Example {

  @IsArray()
  @ArrayNotEmpty()
  @ArrayUnique()
  @IsNotEmpty({ each: true })
  @IsString({ each: true })
  @Length(0, 128, { each: true })
  @Matches(/^[a-zA-Z0-9._-]*$/, { each: true })
  public tags!: string[];
}

After

export class Example {

  @IsTagArray()
  public tags!: string[];
}
