Add ASV link to preview page for Primary and Secondary

Old builder had the link below weapons on the preview page. This link would send you to the appropriate ASV page. We forgot to re-enable this in the builder 2.0 rework.

Only impacts the preview page, as the ASV stats are also integrated into the builder itself.

+1 on this, users have requested this feature to be added back. Might be able to do this weekend, it's pretty simple

So this is actually harder than I first thought.

It requires a new version of the util in ./utils of the JS folder. I need to make one specifically for Preview, then adjust the logic to match the preview inputs.

I got like halfway through it and then realized it was going to take way longer to finish. I'll take a look in the next 1-2 weeks to see if I can fix it and implement.
