Update 36: ASV 404 for new/updated items

For some of the new weapons / combinations, we are 404'ing on the ASV page. This is as-intended, as we expect this to not work without the updated data.

MeatShield is working towards this data, and we expect it to be completed in the next 1-2 weeks.

Of course, this is in his free time so we are not pressuring - just making sure we don't forget about this item.

Once we have the data, we have to run the import and it should resolve all these issues. Chase will be required to run the import on PROD.
