Bug fix

• Create settings folder before returning

Rename to DnsTube

• Rename to DnsTube to avoid conflict with another repo.

Note: This won't remove the old application or settings, so you can still find your API key there. Once copied over, you can manually delete the old program.

Error handling and bugfixes

• Stop saving newline with IP in config file
• Wrap Cloudflare API calls in try/catch for better error messaging
