generate {scaffold, ...} command tries to run script/generate in Rails 3

This results in an error, since in Rails 3, script/generate has been superseded by script/rails.

Someone please label this as rails3. I don't know how to do it.

This bundle doesn't fully support Rails 3 yet. I hope there will be a Rails 3 branch or a way to detect the version automatically and do the right thing, but for now it seems the preference is to not break things for the Rails 2 crowd.
