mitocarta 3.0

UNDER CONSTRUCTION, NOT READY TO BE USED YET.

This package contains the updated mitocarta 3.0 dataset. This package also contains some utility functions for simple analyses.

It was forked from and inspired by https://github.com/matthewhirschey/mitocarta

One major difference is this contains not only the dataset of mitochondrial genes but also the mitocarta pathways as well.

Installation

# install.packages("devtools")
devtools::install_github("dsanmiguel/mitocarta")
