Running make
in this docs
directory will build the Internet
Draft(s) in HTML and plain text, using xml2rfc.
It will use xml2rfc to convert .xml file into .html and .txt. You can do this yourself, via:
xml2rfc url-problem-statement.xml --text
xml2rfc url-problem-statement.xml --html
or use http://xml2rfc.tools.ietf.org online.
Periodically submit an Internet Draft via https://datatracker.ietf.org/submit/ to make a new version of http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ruby-url-problem. Be sure to update the file version number in the xml file before submitting.
