Information for setting up sphinx to build html documentation from locally is found here:

Here is what I did:
Set up a virtual environment in the docs git repo folder. Then activate the venv. Then install sphinx and sphinx-rtd-theme. Move to the docs folder and make the html documentation. 

	python3 -m venv .venv
	source .venv/bin/activate
	pip install sphinx 
	pip install sphinx-rtd-theme
	cd docs
	make html
