A tutorial on polymer simulation is needed for existing collaborations and the protein folding tutorial.

Talk about thermostats, perform a simple single polymer simulation.
Discuss histogram reweighting and replica exchange as an alternative technique
Discuss multicanonical potentials and how they can be used with histogram reweighting or replica exchange.
