I've attached a screenshot of the app. For some reason I cannot click on the 'I Accept' option. So, I don’t even go to the next page for using the token.

Screenshot with all settings red Then it looks like they went to the app settings page and poked around there

Responded:

You cannot click on “I Accept” because all your status is red.
You need to open each setting group and click on the “Fix” buttons to give the permissions that we need (see below). You can also turn off all the permissions that we don’t need, such as Siri 😊

And added a screenshot of the status screen.

I have downloaded the app in my phone but when I go to settings, I don't see CANBIKECO app in all three categories. I will share my screenshot.

User shared screenshots of motion and fitness, location and notification without CanBikeCO.

Responded:

You need to open the settings and click Fix from the app. The app will not show up in the settings until you have done so. > Concretely, the app will not show up in the settings until we have tried to use the sensor first, and to meet our privacy goals, we don’t try to use the sensor without explicit user input.

Maybe this video can help.

Again, please follow the onboarding through the app. That is the way it is designed to be used. Using it in a different way is not expected to work.

If you are technically inclined, you are welcome to see the related github issue:

I finally got into the app. Thank you for the instructions.

Perfect! If you can clarify what was confusing about the existing instructions, or even give us suggestions on how to improve them, we can make the app better for the future!

User:

So, for me I did not know that I have to click on the 'fix' until you told me. Usually, for the apps that I use for my run, they automatically ask me for the permission if I want it to access my location. But, in this app I had to do it manually and the 'fix' option doesn't look like it can be clicked like the Accept and Refuse button below.
