FR: Heat Exchanger with fixed temperature drop

Hi,

as far as I can see, there isn't currently a way to fix the temperature drop, at the Heat Exchanger

have you ever thought about that ? how hard do you think would be to implemented it ?

I am asking because, that's the case in (our) real settings...where basically the power determines the mass-flow (as this is the only degree of freedom left)
