[Suggestion] Bring back old Mayor

Not as the Mayor role itself, but the ability that was attached to the original Mayor is a cool concept I really liked. There are very few roles who get stronger the longer the game goes on and this role had that perfect kind of balance.

Plus who wouldn't enjoy dumping on someone on the final 3 or something
