Autoconnect time line

Sometimes you can lose time in searching projects, issues etc.

Checkbox with option 'Autoconnect time line'
it will check your last tracked time and if is there small time between them (example 1-5 minutes) it will automatically write one half of lost time to tracked issue before and half to actual tracking issue.

Example:
Autoconnect time line option is checked.
issue 1234 - tracked from 13:00 with 00:13 time.
start tracking issue 4321 from 13:15
=> system change in issue 1234 tracked time to 00:14 and in issue 4321 start tracking to 13:14
