I wanted to propose the idea of the game being multiple choice. Normally, in multiple choice games, you have control over what happens, weather it be in the story, or, something happening to your character.
Sounds fun right? Of course, who wouldn't want control over things that happen in a game having the story evolve with you. Though one thing I see could detract from enjoyment of this feature is that your choices eventually don't matter. What do I mean?Of course they matter the game is multiple choice yes it is, except I've seen games that are multiple choice where, say, towards the end stages of said game, you are led to think you've the choice to continue the way you want.
In reality, you don't often have a choice late into the multiple chose game. It's already decided for you, so, what I'm wondering is, what if there was a way to have the player still have that freedom to have control of the outcome of what happens? How would that affect how people look at multiple choice games?Would people enjoy that sort of game? you tell me, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
Sincerely,
Mystic
