Example configs: warning on websocket uri parameter

The two example configs simple_consumer.json and sproducer_ebuttd_direct.json use the uri param for the websocket input/output type.

However this leads to an "Invalid options" warning when called with ebu-run. As far as I can see, the uri param is a deprecated value that is/was used with the websocket-legacy input/output type.

Thanks for spotting this @spoeschel - the configuration documented at http://ebu.github.io/ebu-tt-live-toolkit/html/configurator.html#the-configuration-file-structure should be used and should work.
