NPE will be thrown if commit will be called after dispose on a Transaction

In TransactionImpl.commit() some meaningful exception (not NPE) should be thrown if the transaction had been disposed.

1) The root cause is the detachment of transaction recorder on dispose()
2) Threading issues should be considered
	* race conditions between dispose and commit
	
See the attached test case for reproduction.

  * Set status as CLOSED MOVED

All issues that remain open will be automatically closed next week or so. Then the Bugzilla component for EMF Transaction will be archived and made read-only.
