This is due to eclipse-gemoc/gemoc-studio-commons#1

https://github.com/diverse-project/k3/blob/326839c53172d48edf39415568a93285da87f79d/k3.eclipse/fr.inria.diverse.k3.ui.templates/plugin.xml#L14 must now be org.eclipse.gemoc.commons.eclipse.pde.ui.templates
This will require an update of K3 (melange was correctly updated but not K3)

a new version of K3 is available to workaround the issue on existing GEMOC Studio 3.6.0
