This issue track the feature of having dynamic filters associated with a Kapua Group.

The main advantage of this feature is to be able to create permissions on dynamic set of entities.
A real world example is having permission of executing device management on all devices that have a specific version of software framework installed, or all device connected.

Having these filter specified on the Group entity makes easier group devices for commons properties not requiring a user operation to manage the grouped entities.
