Upgrade Artifact Actions to version v4

Relates to the following Github Actions:

• actions/upload-artifact
• actions/download-artifact

The older versions will be deprecated:

• v1 and v2: from 30/06/2024
• v3: from 30/11/2024

Describe the solution you'd like
Upgrade to v4 of these actions before the old versions are deprecated.
Right now there are three occurrences of v3 in our actions
