Enum LegacyTypeHandler

I am currently trying out the LegacyTypeHandlers of EclipseStore and I just can't figure it out how to migrate an Enum.
I have objects that have an Enum value and now I have removed the first value of the Enum since I don't need it anymore. EclipseStore already detects the change correctly and tells me to write a LegacyTypeMapping.

Sadly I was unable to find such an example in the GitHub repo and I can't come to a solution myself, maybe somebody has had a similar issue. I am really thankful for any kind of help from the community!
