How to use Client GUI with a Vaadin app?

I have a vaadin app and I would like to use the Client GUI. I have configured the app as described on the page: https://docs.eclipsestore.io/manual/misc/integrations/spring-boot.html

However, all this does is now make my normal Vaadin app available at the root context /store-console.

I assume there is clash between my Vaadin app and the Client GUI Vaadin app?
